To make sure that you are aware, on December 10, 2024, USCIS released a new addition of Form I-485, which contains new instructions and questions. If you have already started your Form I-485, it is important that you file it (meaning that it is mailed and postmarked) by February 9, 2025). Any I-485 postmarked on or after February 10, 2025, will be rejected.
