Is a pregnancy report proof of a bona fide marriage?

What counts as proof of a bona fide marriage for spousal sponsorship purposes? Is a pregnancy report by itself sufficient evidence to demonstrate a bona fide marriage?

Proof of a bona fide marriage is determined by the totality of the circumstances. While proof of pregnancy can help establish that you are in a valid marriage, it will have limited value if other factors in your case suggest that your marriage is not valid (e.g., you are not living together, you live in different states, you do not share finances, etc.). Proof of pregnancy can be helpful, but additional evidence must also be considered. If you wanted to convince others that you are in a valid marriage, what evidence would you submit? Are there any aspects of your marriage that could suggest it is not valid? These are all factors that will be reviewed when analyzing your case.
