Express Entry

Express Entry is Canada's online application management system for several key economic immigration programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Canadian Experience Class, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program. It's a points-based system that ranks candidates in a pool based on factors like age, education, work experience, and language skills. The highest-ranking candidates are then invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

This permit opens the door to a world-class education, a vibrant student life, and the potential for a Canadian career after graduation. Whether you are a recent high school graduate or a professional seeking to advance your skills, a study permit is the key to your educational journey. With a valid offer of acceptance and the right supporting documents, you may be just a few steps away from studying in Canada.

Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa - TRV)

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also known as a visitor visa, is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office that is placed in a person's passport to show they meet the requirements for admission to Canada. It is required for citizens of countries that are not visa-exempt, and it serves as a travel document that allows entry into the country for temporary purposes, such as tourism, visiting family, or for individuals with a valid study or work permit.

LMIA Exempt Work Permits

An LMIA-Exempt Work Permit allows a foreign worker to get a Canadian work permit without the employer first having to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). This exemption is part of the International Mobility Program, which aims to advance Canada's economic, social, and cultural interests. The CETA (Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement) is one example of an international agreement that provides for this type of permit, facilitating temporary entry for eligible citizens of the European Union in categories such as investors, intra-company transferees, and certain professionals.
